Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s second campus in King of Prussia was built with families in mind! Our Middleman Family Pavilion and its 24/7 Emergency Department, PICU and 18-bed Level III N/IICU provides more families easier access to CHOP’s world-class pediatric specialists, services and treatments. The hospital on our King of Prussia Campus is connected to our existing Specialty and Urgent Care Centers. At every step, families will encounter thoughtful features designed to provide them with the most exceptional experience possible.
When you arrive
Families coming to the Middleman Pavilion will use the main entrance in the front of the building. Our Family Visitor Services staff will ask you a few questions about your child’s visit then direct you to the correct location. If you're coming for Urgent Care, use the entrances and parking in the front of the building. For the Madlyn K. Abramson Emergency Department use the entrance and parking in the rear of the building. After 9 p.m., please use the rear entrance only.

While you're here
Here are some resources to make you more comfortable during your time at CHOP.
Leftover medications in the home, especially opioids, present a danger to a curious toddler or to a youth seeking to use or to harm themselves. By placing secure drug take-back bins near the entrances to our Philadelphia and King of Prussia hospitals, CHOP gives families a simple, anonymous way to keep their entire family safe by getting their old meds out of the house.
