Vaccine Considerations for Specific Groups
Some groups of people have considerations that differ from the general population when it comes to being vaccinated. For example, while adults make up a large percentage of the population, many don’t realize they may need vaccines and subgroups among them may have even more specific needs based on their age, profession, activities or health status. Likewise, some groups of children warrant additional considerations, such as babies born prematurely and those adopted from other countries. In this section of our website, we address some of the groups for whom extra attention to or questions about vaccination are likely.
