Complex scheduling is designed to provide a coordinated schedule of care and service for patients with complex needs that require three or more appointments at any given time.

Referrals must be completed by a physician or nurse to ensure that families are scheduled for the right services and the right providers in the right sequence.

Once you complete the referral, a complex scheduling representative will reach out to your patient to schedule the appointments.
