  • Dr. Hansrote is the best! He is always willing to listen and explain at a non-medical level for better understanding! He is always waiting in the room for my son when we enter. I so appreciate not having to get to the exam room and then have to sit and wait for the provider to enter. He truly treats my son as if he is his main priority at the time of the visit

  • Dr. Louis Hansrote was amazing! He treated my son and I with the upmost respect and kindness. He answered all the questions we had. The appointment, even as a "consult" appointment, the appointment was not rushed at all. The doctor took his time explaining everything thoroughly. When we left the office and we were in the hallway, my son told me how much he liked the doctor. If my son says, he likes a doctor and felt comfortable with the doctor, that means alot. Thank you so much for the amazing care!

  • Dr. Hansrote has been our doctor since before she was born. He's always been very kind and generous explaining everything and listening to my concerns. To me it's practically family because it wasn't for him, diagnosing her in utero I wouldn't know what would have happened.

  • Dr. Hansrote was great. My daughter felt good after the appointment. He made sure she understood everything he said. And she was happy to have a plan of care in place. He took the time to make sure to answer any questions or concerns I had. We didn't have all the info from other doctors but I was able to send them to him using MyChart. So easy!

About the Patient Experience Rating System

The Patient Experience Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions shown above from our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score. We are committed to true transparency. However, to ensure the comments are fair and correctly attributed, we review each one before posting to the website. We exclude entire comments that disclose patient’s protected health information, are off-topic, or include other confidential or inappropriate content. Comments will appear on provider bios only if providers have a minimum number of comments. Comments are shared internally for education purposes to ensure that we are doing our very best for the patients and families for whom we are privileged to care. The comments are submitted by patients and families and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not reflect the views of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
