Alex Tabone, PA-C

Alex Tabone, PA-C is part of the CICU Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care from Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, New York in 2015. Subsequently, he returned to The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he received a Master of Science, Physician Assistant Studies in 2017.

Alex comes with over 2 years’ experience as a Frontline Clinician at Mt. Sinai in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and the Cardiothoracic Stepdown unit. He is very active in the American Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Surgical Physician Assistants and has chaired many committees on cardiac length of stay and cardiac infection control committee.
