Description

The purpose of this research study is to look at whether or nota sleep questionnaire can be used on infants 3 to 24 months of age, with or athigh-risk of having Cerebral Palsy. This questionnaire is currently being usedon older children, so we will be looking at a younger age group.

What to expect

out 3 questionnaires and it will take no more than 45 minutes. We can send you

a link and you can fill them out at home, over the phone, or in our clinic on

the 7th floor of the Buerger building.
