Doug Hock provides leadership, direction and administration of clinical operations across the CHOP system. His team focuses on driving employee engagement, integrating digital technology into all aspects of care and work, and improving the patient experience.

Monica Taylor Lotty leads CHOP’s advancement efforts and a CHOP Foundation team of 180. She manages all fundraising strategy, raising on average $170 million per year in private support to advance CHOP’s mission and vision.
