June 25, 2014 — Two rock icons have joined forces to present an exciting and unique evening of music and philanthropy at Verizon Hall at the Kimmel Center for Performing Arts in the heart of Philadelphia on Monday, July 28, 2014.
Roger Daltrey, of legendary rock band The Who, and Joan Jett and The Blackhearts, have pledged their support for Teen Cancer America and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Event proceeds will support enhancing adolescent and young adult programming for patients in CHOP’s world-renowned Cancer Center by creating a new space completely dedicated to the unique needs of this special population.
