Long-Term Follow-Up for Childhood Cancer Survivors
Long-Term Follow-Up Guidelines for Survivors of Childhood, Adolescent, and Young Adult Cancers were developed by the Children's Oncology Group. The guidelines are recommendations for the screening and management of late effects that may potentially arise from therapeutic exposures during treatment for pediatric malignancies. The site's Health Links offer patient-focused, easy to understand material on topics such as heart and lung health, dental issues, growth hormone deficiency and other endocrine problems, fertility and much more.
