The Red Cell Club (RCC), which was created in 1958, fosters the exchange of published and unpublished data on all aspects of erythrocyte biology, ranging from developmental erythropoiesis to diagnosis and treatment of inherited and acquired erythrocyte disorders.
The European Iron Club (EWIC) has served as a platform where iron researchers convene. Its biennial gatherings serve as a stage for the latest developments in iron research, spanning from fundamental biology to clinical applications.
At this combined RCC and EWIC scientific meeting, we will discuss state-of-the-art scientific discoveries about erythropoiesis and iron metabolism.
