About Tara Maxwell, MD, MSHP
Dr. Maxwell is a pediatric endocrinologist and clinical researcher with a passion for using digital health to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes in children and adolescents with Type 1 diabetes. In 2019 she completed her fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and earned her Master’s of Health Policy Research at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. She has published several first-author manuscripts, given invited talks and was awarded the Thomas J. Beatson Foundation “Passion to Find a Cure” Grant.
Dr. Maxwell is a member of professional societies including the Pediatric Endocrine Society and the American Diabetes Association.
