  • Dr. Saltzman was so, so helpful in explaining the results of the skin test. She talked us through everything, and actually answered a number of our questions proactively without us having to ask. She was very reassuring, and we left feeling like we had a clear understanding of the results and for next steps.

  • I'm always amazed by Dr. Saltzmann's care and concern. She is incredibly thorough and responsive. She's an awesome listener and extremely approachable. I like how she also walks through the appointment with the kids and makes sure they're included in their care. I hope she will always be my son's allergist.

  • During each visit Dr. Saltzman takes the time to connect with my daughter at the very beginning of her visit. This small gesture really eases her anxiety about the process of allergy testing. As my daughter gets older and is beginning to be more Involved In the conversations of her healthcare, Dr. Saltzman includes her in our discussions and speaks to her in a way she can understand. We couldn't ask for a better provider. Thank you.

  • Dr Saltzman is amazing! We chose to travel an hour away from our home to stay with her since she moved from the Princeton office (years ago) instead of finding a new/closer allergist and that is still the best decision ever! She truly is exceptional and couldn't be happier to recommend her to anyone that may need an allergist

  • What an amazing doctor! Truly so impressed with her calmness with my daughter, her listening to my concerns, her detailed explanations of our asthma plan. I even loved that she talked to me about different levels of asthma plans so I don't have to call if my daughter gets sick. I have seen others at CHOP allergy and asthma, but no light can be held up to her and her professionalism. She was so authentic in her approach, interest in my daughter and treated us with nothing but the utmost respect and focus.

About the Patient Experience Rating System

The Patient Experience Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions shown above from our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score. We are committed to true transparency. However, to ensure the comments are fair and correctly attributed, we review each one before posting to the website. We exclude entire comments that disclose patient’s protected health information, are off-topic, or include other confidential or inappropriate content. Comments will appear on provider bios only if providers have a minimum number of comments. Comments are shared internally for education purposes to ensure that we are doing our very best for the patients and families for whom we are privileged to care. The comments are submitted by patients and families and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not reflect the views of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
