Dr. Napoli is always very thorough. He asks my child and myself questions. He is patient and kind to my son, and considers my child's unique needs. Dr. Napoli always ask if we (child & parents) have any questions.

Care and explanation was great!! Felt very taken care of and kindness of dichotomy as well as office staff. Thank you!!!

The front staff is always very friendly and helpful. The nurse Sharon was very funny and great with my son. She was very attentive and explained everything to him directly. Doctor Napoli was extremely professional and attentive as well. He spoke clearly and asked great questions to make sure he was having a good school year and not being bullied and asked questions about his emotional state. The doctor spoke directly to my son and wakes him step by step through the physical explaining why rhe was checking each body part. He offered great advice and did not rush us at all.

You can tell Dr. Napoli has been doing this for years. His ability to keep my child's attention and get him to sit still while checking him out with the use of playful banter was wonderful!

Dr Napoli is very calm, precise and caring. He takes the time to make us feel everything is addressed and to explain the "why' behind everything. I would highly recommend Dr. Napoli to anyone.

We love Dr. Napoli. He's one of the best. I try to schedule appointments with him when my daughter has a more complex issue because I know he's very knowledgeable. Plus, he really cares about his patients. He is very patient and talks to them in a sweet, calm voice so they're calm. My daughter can be a difficult patient with other drs at other specialists, but she doesn't give him a problem at all. She feels comfortable around him.
