  • The NP and Dr. Nace truly made me feel at ease. I love how informative they were and how they spoke to my daughter and explained things in terms that she could understand. Their bedside manners are truly worth of imitating and made the 1.5 hour drive to the office so well worth it. I highly recommend them to every family. They both deserve 5 stars.

  • Dr Nace was the first doctor we encountered in the clinic in a very long day. I probably would have had surgery come later in the process because some of the questions we had for the rest of the team would probably have guided more of my questions for him later. But regardless he was thoughtful, engaged, and really listened to our concerns and took time with our questions.

  • We first saw the NP, who was extremely thorough with my son's medical history and his current concern. She was kind, caring and very compassionate when discussing my son's medical Issues. We then saw the physician, who was equally as caring. Both providers had excellent bedside manners and showed such compassion for my son, who was extremely nervous. They eased his nerves made sure he felt safe. The physician explained everything including what to expect from the surgery that would be required. Thumbs up all the way.

About the Patient Experience Rating System

The Patient Experience Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions shown above from our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score. We are committed to true transparency. However, to ensure the comments are fair and correctly attributed, we review each one before posting to the website. We exclude entire comments that disclose patient’s protected health information, are off-topic, or include other confidential or inappropriate content. Comments will appear on provider bios only if providers have a minimum number of comments. Comments are shared internally for education purposes to ensure that we are doing our very best for the patients and families for whom we are privileged to care. The comments are submitted by patients and families and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not reflect the views of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
