  • Dr. Lee listened and proactively educated us about my daughter's viral illness and answered all questions we may have had. She was kind an pleasant and I remember thinking how she looked like she really enjoyed and was passionate about treating children. Very impressed with Dr. Lee on our first visit with her.

  • The doctor was so thorough and kind. I really appreciated how she spoke to my 6 year old directly, he absorbed the information so much more. He has been talking daily since about how many fistfuls of fruits and veggies he needs!

  • Dr. Lee is excellent! She was patient and kind. She listened to our concerns without rushing us and answered all our questions and provided explanations so we could understand. She was also very professional and courteous. She asked for parent's permission before proceeding with an action with my child.

  • Dr Grace Lee was so kind, patient, respectful and gentle with my child's sensitivity and fear. She listened to my 7 year old, took her worries seriously, and as we walked back to the car, my daughter said "She was the nicest doctor."

  • I was extremely happy with Dr Lee. She listened provided education to us in a way that was understandable, balanced talking with child and parents, etc. I was most impressed with her educating my children on their private area, who can and cannot look/touch, and then modeling informed consent. I appreciated this SO much. It is important topic I try to discuss with my children and the way she explained and modeled it was truly amazing. I am very grateful my child had that experience with a doctor.

About the Patient Experience Rating System

The Patient Experience Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions shown above from our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score. We are committed to true transparency. However, to ensure the comments are fair and correctly attributed, we review each one before posting to the website. We exclude entire comments that disclose patient’s protected health information, are off-topic, or include other confidential or inappropriate content. Comments will appear on provider bios only if providers have a minimum number of comments. Comments are shared internally for education purposes to ensure that we are doing our very best for the patients and families for whom we are privileged to care. The comments are submitted by patients and families and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not reflect the views of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
