  • This doctor is great. My son is autistic and nonverbal so not the easiest patient. She was prepared for the appointment, having reviewed his file and bloodwork. She listened to my concerns and had a plan.

  • Dr. Kelly was very informative and made me feel like I was part of the decision making when it came to my son's health. Thankfully we are able to be without a follow up, if I feel comfortable. And even that small "freedom" to determine if I felt like a follow up was needed felt good to be included.

  • Dr. Kelly was amazing and even my son stated that she was the most informative doctor that he has seen yet. It was a great experience and we hope to have some answers soon.

  • I appreciated how Dr. Kelly explained what the next steps were in addition to what would happen if the next step was abnormal vs normal. She also repeated the plan a couple times throughout the visit which was very helpful in getting the information to "stick" in my head

  • I was extremely impressed by how well Dr. Kelly seemed to know my child's medical history at our first appointment with her. She must have received the information from our pediatrician. I really liked Dr. Kelly's knowledge and communication with us.

About the Patient Experience Rating System

The Patient Experience Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions shown above from our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score. We are committed to true transparency. However, to ensure the comments are fair and correctly attributed, we review each one before posting to the website. We exclude entire comments that disclose patient’s protected health information, are off-topic, or include other confidential or inappropriate content. Comments will appear on provider bios only if providers have a minimum number of comments. Comments are shared internally for education purposes to ensure that we are doing our very best for the patients and families for whom we are privileged to care. The comments are submitted by patients and families and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not reflect the views of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
