About Jane Beriont, MD

Jane Beriont, MD, has a particular clinical and academic interest in assessment for autism in female and gender-diverse patients. She is currently working on a scoping literature review of clinician-level factors impacting the identification and diagnosis of female autistic youth, which will serve as a first step toward her goal of creating an educational intervention for clinicians who assess these populations. She is also pursuing a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Medical Education through the University of Pennsylvania in support of this goal.
