Dr. Heinert went above and beyond to address my child's needs. We are very grateful for his thoughtfulness and attention to detail. He is a fantastic doctor and the reason we have stayed at CHOP Newtown. We couldn't be happier with him.

We love Dr. Heinert! He's thorough, communicates well, and even when my son is being a wild monkey, Dr. Heinert maintains composure to get through the visit. He is also always able to pull things up if I have a question from a previous visit or another provider.

Dr. Heinert was very patient about my concerns and listened to my thoughts about my son's situation. He was very positive and encouraging about my plan. He also provided great additional resources.

The doctor was incredibly thorough and didn't dismiss any of my concerns. He ended up diagnosing something that may have been missed by someone who wasn't as thorough and didn't spend as much time trying to identify the source of the problem.

Very courteous and kind. I appreciate that I was asked about any concerns and/or questions I had not only at the beginning of the visit, but the end as well. My son was at ease despite it being his first visit with this doctor. Instead of being information overload, he took his time to discuss topics and future appointments.

Doctor was thorough and simple in explanations. He went through all recent CHOP and urgent care documents before making a diagnosis, treatments and referrals. He was very kind, patient and understanding.

Dr. Heinert is the best! He is very empathetic to parents worries, great with working with parents on plans/ideas for childrens health. Very professional and thorough.

We were lucky enough to get Dr Heinert who sees our boys for yearly physicals. He knows our boys well so we were well taken care of.

Dr Heinert addressed our concerns during this visit and had the appropriate ability to discuss challenging subjects with our older teenager. His approach and bedside manner was very good at putting our son at ease during an honest and frank discussion about his health. He had balance and took careful consideration not to alienate while also assessing him and providing the necessary information needed. We were very satisfied.

The doctor was wonderful. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. He also explained everything so I could understand the diagnosis and treatment for my daughter.
