Alexander S. Fairman, MD, is the Director of Pediatric Vascular Surgery at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).

He focuses on the surgical care of children with conditions that affect the arteries and veins (also called the vascular system). This includes renal artery stenosis and hypertension, arterial and venous aneurysms, aortic coarctations, midaortic syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, popliteal entrapment syndrome, adventitial cystic disease of the popliteal artery, arteriovenous malformation (AVM), vascular trauma and more.
