About Juliana Taylor, BA, BSN, RN, IBCLC
Juliana Taylor, BA, BSN, RN, IBCLC, is a registered nurse and international board-certified lactation consultant. She earned a bachelor's degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University. Before joining CHOP's lactation team, her career at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia began as a Registered Nurse in the Infant Transitional Care Unit, where she witnessed the challenges that families face while pumping for and breastfeeding hospitalized infants. She is passionate about educating staff and families regarding the role of human milk in infant clinical care. She utilizes her background in Physiology and Nursing to assist CHOP families in achieving their individualized milk-making goals through evidence-based lactation practices.
