About Katherine A. Easby, DAT, LAT, ATC
Kate Easby is a Senior Athletic Trainer at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia working in the Sports Medicine & Performance Center, as well as the clinical outreach coordinator of the Minds Matter Concussion Program. She attained her doctorate in athletic training in 2020 from Temple University. She has a master's in applied physiology and kinesiology with a concentration in athletic training from the University of Florida. She also has dual bachelor’s in psychology and studio arts, as well as a bachelor’s in health and human performance with a concentration in athletic training from the University of Pittsburgh. She still spends time on the sideline with her local rugby clubs from the youth to adult levels, as well as playing for her local team. She also had the opportunity to travel to Prague, Czechia with the USA Women’s Masters Ball Hockey team where they defeated Canada for the gold medal win.
