Andrea Ackerman

Before joining the Safety Center team, Andrea Ackerman worked for five years at the School District of Philadelphia. She became a certified passenger safety technician in September of 2011. She has been working in The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Safety Center providing education to families on proper car seat selection and installation. She travels to community events with the Mobile Safety Center to help spread the word on injury prevention. She has completed courses of educational training with the goal of teaching others.
