Referrals and testing
Whether you are referring to us for the first time or are looking for a second opinion, you can schedule an appointment for a Sleep Center office visit Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. by calling 215-590-3749. Or, please submit our intake questionnaire.
To obtain more information about overnight sleep studies, please contact the Sleep Lab at 215-590-3703, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please note that many patients will benefit from being seen in the Sleep Clinic prior to a Sleep Lab appointment.
Please note: The Sleep Lab policy has been changed to allow some patients with straightforward medical conditions to proceed directly to the Sleep Lab, without being seen in the Sleep Clinic first. Please see the Sleep Lab Policy.
Schedule a polysomnogram (sleep study)
A polysomnogram must be ordered by a clinician. Referring physicians can order overnight polysomnograms by completing a request form and precertification. Schedule a polysomnogram.
