Integrative Health Gastroenterology Clinic
Integrative health focuses on the whole person. It makes use of all appropriate therapeutic approaches, healthcare professionals and disciplines to achieve optimal health and healing. Integrative health combines mainstream medicine with complementary health practices, such as acupuncture, aromatherapy, clinical hypnosis, reiki/healing touch, medical massage, nutrition, mindfulness and yoga.
For children and young adults with gastroenterology (GI) conditions, the Integrative Heath (IH) Gastroenterology Clinic at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) offers a combined approach to treatment. After considering your child’s unique needs, background and medical diagnosis, we will provide you with recommendations for an individualized integrative treatment plan. We regularly monitor your child’s progress and evaluate the effectiveness of all aspects of your child’s care.
How we serve you
We offer a variety of specialized supportive programs to children with GI issues and their families.
Who we treat
