A symposium for professionals and family members about Duchenne muscular dystrophy, endowed by the Haider Family in honor of their son, Mohammed. This event will include presentations from medical professionals, patient/family representatives and industry professionals about the process, management and challenges when transitioning patients with neuromuscular disease from pediatric to adult providers.
