Appointments now available sooner

We have recently added several attending physicians, enhancing appointment availability. We can now schedule new patient appointments within a much shorter timeframe. Patients who have flexibility in terms of site and provider can be accommodated even sooner.

Making a referral or appointment

Patient families can call 215-590-3630, option #1.
CHOP Care Network providers can make a referral using an Epic Consult Request in the Epic system. Non-CHOP providers, please use Link2CHOP to make a referral. Please also give the family our appointment line number (215-590-3630) in case we are not successful in reaching them directly. If you have questions, your physician liaison can help.

To expedite an appointment, please do one of the following:

Call our Clinical Concierge Line, 800-TRY-CHOP (800-879-2467), option #2.
For CHOP Care Network providers, place the EPIC consult order. Your patient will be called and offered an appointment.
For non-CHOP providers, place a referral consult order via Link2CHOP. Your patient will be called and offered an appointment.
