Children's Hospital of Philadelphia’s Department of Pharmacy Services provides expert pharmaceutical care to meet the needs of families and healthcare professionals. We maintain state-of-the-art inpatient satellite pharmacies, an off-site surgical center pharmacy, an oncology care clinic pharmacy, and an ambulatory care pharmacy. 

Our pharmacy team includes:  

  • Clinical pharmacists: 20

  • Pharmacy technicians: 80+

Pharmacy residency programs

We offer a one-year PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program and a one-year PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Program. Learn more about the programs, requirements and expectations.

Committee memberships

Our specialists are integral members of multidisciplinary committees, such as the Therapeutic Standards Committee (P&T Committee), Adverse Drug Reactions Subcommittee, Drug Use Evaluation Subcommittee, Institutional Review Board and various Continuous Quality Improvement committees.
