Stuffed chicken with spinach and swiss

Ingredients
- 2 raw chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. butter
- 3 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1 Tbsp. butter, for topping
- Dry seasonings: salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Melt butter in a sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add the Swiss cheese and raw spinach.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir ingredients together to melt the cheese and wilt the spinach.
- Slice the raw chicken breasts horizontally to create a large pocket though the center.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the sliced chicken on the parchment paper.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Scoop the cheesy spinach mixture into the center pocket of the chicken breast.
- Bake stuffed chicken breasts for 30-35 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove from the oven, place 1 Tbsp. butter over top of cooked chicken breasts.
- Serve warm.
Tips and Tricks
- Chicken can be substituted with other meats such as turkey breasts, steak, etc.
- Spinach can be substituted with other vegetables such as broccoli, kale, asparagus, etc.
- Swiss cheese can be substituted with other cheeses such as Monterey Jack, Muenster, etc.
- Serve with a side dish for increased calories.
