David Saide, MA

David Saide is a Program Coordinator for the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. His responsibilities at CHOP include supporting diversity program initiatives, cultural awareness events, education offerings, developing and facilitating DEI trainings, Partnering for Cultural Growth, DEI Summit, and initiatives sponsored by employee resource groups and other partners. Prior to CHOP, he worked for the University of California, San Diego as an International Student Advisor. He provided cross-cultural inclusive programing, learner-centered advising and served as the Staff-at-Large on the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council to the Chancellor. David has also worked for community-based non-profits, the Brazilian government, and higher education in supporting marginalized youth, parents, students and scholars.
