Meredith N. Pan, BA

Meredith N. Pan, BA, is the Administrative Director of the Division of Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She has more than 20 years of health care experience, including in academic medicine, with expertise in clinical operations, financial stewardship, strategic planning, and human resources. Meredith began her career at Boston Children's as a financial analyst in the Division of Endocrinology, where she later became a division administrator. She held subsequent positions at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute before joining us for several years in the Department of Pediatrics at CHOP in a management role in finance and planning in the Division of Cardiology. Meredith then served as Chief Executive Officer of the Paoli Surgery Center - Surgical Care Affiliates, and she also developed expertise in IT project management.
