Rodrigo Gamarra, MHA

Rodrigo Gamarra, MHA, has over fifteen years of professional experience related to healthcare systems management. Mr. Gamarra has a strong interest in strategic planning and quality management to improve healthcare systems. Mr. Gamarra is a former physician from Peru. In various roles, he has managed both quality improvement projects and implementation of strategic projects, developed monitoring and evaluation tools, and implemented mentoring programs for students and members of his working team.

eMr. Gamarra currently works for the Division of Plastic, Reconstructive and Oral Surgery as the Director of Operations where he is responsible for providing technical leadership in the coordination, design and conduct of administrative and research practices, with special emphasis on process improvement and strategic planning.
