About Eassa Faheem
As a multilingual Patient Relations Specialist, Eassa Faheem supports international patients at CHOP. His role is integrated into patient services, from meeting with international families upon arrival, to maintaining effective communication with families for their entire stay. He also provides an orientation to new families, including an introduction to the care team, a tour of the facility, and assistance in arranging appointments.
Before starting at CHOP, Eassa was a customer service specialist at Berlitz Language Center. He has extensive customer service, administrative and education experience. Having worked as a language center manager, Eassa has experience in customer service, quality control and hiring. With more than 9 years of teaching and customer service experience, Eassa aims to help the organization provide the best customer service to international patients.
Eassa speaks three languages — Arabic, English and German.
