As the Hallmark Channel gets ready to kick off its 15th annual Countdown to Christmas — the channel’s signature holiday programming — some of the stars of this year’s new, original holiday movies hit the road for the Jingle Stop Tour. On Wednesday, Oct. 16, they paid a special visit to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) to bring a little joy and Hallmark holiday cheer to CHOP patient families as well as healthcare heroes who provide care and support every day.

Hallmark stars helped staff holiday-themed hot cocoa stations, held meet-and-greets with families and helped distribute festive activity kits for our patients to enjoy.

Additionally, Hallmark Media presented CHOP with a donation of $15,000 to support CHOP’s Snowflake Station and Virtual Toy Drive, which provides gifts to patients during the holiday season.

More than a dozen Hallmark talent attended, including Benjamin Ayres, Jonathan Bennett, Ser’Darius Blain, Rachel Boston, Beth Broderick, Paul Campbell, Nikki DeLoach, Nolan Gerard Funk, Heather Hemmens, Tyler Hynes, Tamera Mowry-Housley, Kimberley Sustad and Andrew Walker. Ser’Darius Blain stars as a Philadelphia EMT in Hallmark’s Christmas Oncall featuring CHOP, which is set to air Nov. 22.
