Order materials online
With the exception of “Vaccine Safety and Your Child,” materials developed by the Vaccine Education Center can be viewed online, printed or photocopied. Healthcare providers can also opt to order some of our materials for use in their practice.
The Vaccine Education Center has created and compiled a variety of materials to address vaccine-related questions and concerns. If you have ideas for additional types of resources or if you identify topics that have not been addressed, please feel free to contact us with your ideas.
Use our free "Prescription for Information" pads to send your patients and their families to our online info. These pads can be viewed and printed online (English, Spanish) or ordered using this form or the online free materials order form.

- Classroom materials — Our Center’s Vaccine Makers Project offers free lessons for students from elementary school through high school and college. Materials are aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and Common Core State Standards (CCSS). The program also offers several videos, 3D animations and more.
