Pediatric Headache Program
In many cases, a child’s headaches can be effectively managed by a primary care doctor or community neurologist with standard treatments and lifestyle changes that can minimize and control headaches. Your child’s primary care doctor can refer you to a pediatric neurologist to assess your child’s headaches. For children with disabling and hard-to-treat headaches who have not responded to standard treatment options, the Pediatric Headache Program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is here to help. Our goal is to help children with these types of headaches find pain relief and resume their regular lives.
