If your child has an acute or chronic medical condition, getting medical care at home instead of in the hospital can help keep your child as comfortable as possible, lead to a quicker recovery, and offer increased convenience for you and your family. At Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), we are here to help.

Our Children's Hospital Home Care provides complete care for patients from infancy to adulthood. Our team brings nursing support, breathing specialists, medical equipment and medicine from the hospital to your home. Our services are available all day, every day, and we serve families up to 75 miles away from Philadelphia. We work with you and your child to provide safe, expert and compassionate care.
