Spina Bifida Family ConnectionThe Spina Bifida Program’s Family Advisory Board has sent up a fundraising page to raise the critical funds needed to support the CHOP Spina Bifida Program. This program includes things like patient education, adaptive equipment for children in need and so much more!
Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to support the clinic, or pass along to family and friends. Your donation would be greatly appreciated by all the families that the clinic supports daily.
The Spina Bifida Program held its first Educational Day on Nov. 5, 2022, at the Roberts Center for Pediatric Research. Our Medical Director, Christopher Keenan, MD, welcomed all the attendees. We had presentations on various topics such as Nutrition, Mental Health, Bowel Management, Education Law, Exercise, Independence, and Transition.
We want to thank all the following vendors for attending:
Angel Flight, Coloplast, Katie’s Komets, Love for Liam Foundation, McAndrews Law Firm, NJ Disaster Relief Fund, SBA of Delaware Valley, and Wellspect.
We want to extend a very special thank you to the Love for Liam Foundation for providing the breakfast and lunch for the day!
