  • Dr. Rios has been my kids doctor since my son was born. The love and care she shows to them is out of this world. Every time she see him she remembers the first time they met and him as a baby. She's always in-tuned with why my children have going on.

  • I've never had a provider hear my concerns and address them as well as she did. I am now conscious as to why my daughter has back to back infections and that this won't last forever .

  • Dr. Rios is a fantastic doctor. We didn't regret choosing her as our child's pediatrician. From day 1 until now she gave the same level of care for a child. We love Dr. Rios!

  • Dr. Rios is outstanding - she has some of the best bedside manner I have ever experienced from a medical professional. I brought my sister to the appointment who is a nurse herself and she was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Rios as well. She was thorough, accommodating, and never made me feel rushed. I leave the appointments feeling better informed and more confident as a parent - which is all a new parent can ask for. If a hug was a person it would be her.

  • Our doctor was excellent and made us all aware of treatment, concerns and answered all questions - I was even thinking of asking to switch to her as our main primary. She was excellent! Great experience

About the Patient Experience Rating System

The Patient Experience Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions shown above from our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score. We are committed to true transparency. However, to ensure the comments are fair and correctly attributed, we review each one before posting to the website. We exclude entire comments that disclose patient’s protected health information, are off-topic, or include other confidential or inappropriate content. Comments will appear on provider bios only if providers have a minimum number of comments. Comments are shared internally for education purposes to ensure that we are doing our very best for the patients and families for whom we are privileged to care. The comments are submitted by patients and families and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not reflect the views of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
