Caring for a child with any illness or injury can be overwhelming. To help you find answers to your questions and feel confident with the care you’re providing your child, we’ve created the following list of health resources. We hope they can help make this time in your family’s life a bit easier.

TransNet provides medical transportation to Children in Montgomery County who qualify for the PA Medical Assistance Transportation Program.

Camp All Hands on Deck is a summer camp for children with hemiparesis, or weakness on one side of the body.

ROVER Community Transportation is available from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call 215-794-5554 for general information and 1-888-795-0740 for reservations.

The CHOP Community Resources database offers families and professionals the opportunity to see what resources for children with disabilities and illnesses are available in the region and, in some instances, across the country.

Community Transit provides medical transportation to Children in Delaware County who qualify for the PA Medical Assistance Transportation Program. For information and trip scheduling, call 610-490-3960, Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Logisticare coordinates non-emergency transportation to hospitals and health systems for children who qualify for the PA Medical Assistance Transportation Program. For more information:

The Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Fund provides New Jersey residents of any age, who have survived a traumatic brain injury, the opportunity to access the brain injury related services and supports they need to live in the community.
